Support Organizations in the Community

This year we will be celebrating the Mayor's 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, June 3, 2024 at The Mill River Country Club. Year after year this event has raised substantial funds for charitable organizations in the community.  It is a day that friends and family have fun, and at the same time make a positive impact for the community.  This is all possible because of the friendship and generosity of many local small businesses, corporations and individual donations.

In past years the community came together in an extraordinary way to support and help some of our local grassroots organizations that offer unique programs. This event has benefited Wayne’s Walk Foundation, PAL, Stratford VFW, Emerge, CT Air and Space, Perry House, Sterling House, Stratford Beautification Committee, Stratford VNA, Stratford SEPTA, Center for Family Justice,  and the Stratford Public Schools mentoring, music and sports programs to mention just a few.
